Sheldon Baverstock
A trained Civil & Structural Engineer, Sheldon’s ICT career started with a technical focus. He then moved into sales and progressed to senior sales and marketing roles in companies including CSC, Unisys and Wang in the UK. Prior to embarking on a career in recruitment over 10 years ago, he was the CEO of a major GIS firm in New Zealand and most recently managed the start up of an eBusiness services company in Australia. His extensive ICT experience spans senior roles in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and the UK, where he has successfully built new business units and turned around ailing ones. Sheldon has acquired skills that add considerable value to search assignments by allowing him to rapidly understand the profile of person required to achieve a client’s desired business outcome.
Dagmar has had a successful ICT (technical and sales) career in companies such as CSC, Datapoint and Data General. She also ran her own ICT focused marketing/public relations company, which she expanded to the UK. In addition to her ICT skills and business management skills, Dagmar’s global experience in search and selection over the last seventeen years spans the UK, South Africa, New Zealand and Australia, bringing considerable value to recruitment assignments in a country where vast cultural diversity abound. |
